Preventative healthcare is crucial, yet often inaccessible for marginalized communities. To address this, we organized a 3-day Free Health Checkup Camp in the heart of the city's largest slum area.
A team of 10 doctors, including pediatricians, gynecologists, and general physicians, volunteered their weekend to make this happen.
We successfully screened over 500 individuals. Several severe cases were identified early and referred to government hospitals for further free treatment. This camp highlights the immense need for continuous health awareness programs.
